Century World Development Sdn Bhd (CWDSB) is in corporated in 2015, and it is mainly involved with property development activities together with its associated company, namely Century Pheonix Sdn Bhd (CPSB) and Kinta Perangsan Sdn Bhd (KP). Notwithstanding that the company haas only been newly set up, CWDSB operates primaily on the extensive experience of the Founder cum Director of the group of companies_ Mr, Khoo Tin Tuck. Mr Khoo is a successful businessman with more than 20 years of experience in this industry. He started his career humbly by setting up CPSB and acquiring lands in several strategic locations in Selangor, typically Cheras, kajang, Seri Kembangan and Bangi. Mr. Khoo first project was in Taman Minang (a piece of Freehold land in Kajang) with a group of talented entrepreneurs. They sucessfully developed the place to become a well-knownhousing area in Kajang. Since then, Mr. Khoo starts to expand his land bank and subsequently led to the establishment of his land bank and subsequently led to the establishment of his Joint-venture Project Development, with his partnership company- Kinta Perangsang Sdn Bhd (KP). Both parties then actively involved in not only Construction.
