The iProp2u Referral Partnership Program allows registered iProp2u users (an “iProp2u User”) to earn Referral Credits. To participate, iProp2u users must agree to these terms, which become part of the iProp2u Terms of Service.
iProp2u Partnership Users can earn Referral Credits towards by referring customer to click on the referral sale link to create a sale to the respective developer’s projects and the referred customer completes the purchase to book a Qualifying Booking for a unit with the respective developer for its projects.
The referring iProp2u User will be credited with Referral Credits amount described in the accompanying promotional materials or display in the respective project shown on the website Partnership User’s account dashboard.
A Qualifying Booking shall mean a successful conclusion of sale entitling the Referral Credits with the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement AND Loan Agreement together with settlement payment of shortfall between loan sum and Purchase Price if applicable by the customer of each unit to the Developer.
Upon the execution of the “Sale and Purchase Agreement” (hereinafter known as SPA) and loan agreement (if applicable) by a referred customer as defined in Qualifying Booking as above, iProp2u Partnership User(s) are entitled to claim the Referral Credits.
Payment of Referral Credits shall be made to Iprop2U User within 45 days upon Iprop2U received the payment from respective developers. Mode of payment for the credits to Referral Partnership User shall be in the form of cheque or direct bank-in according to the bank account registered by the Referral Partnership User.
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Iprop2U may suspend or terminate the Referral Partnership Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Partnership Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all advertising activities and to suspend accounts or modify as deemed fair and appropriate.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice.
